My professional journey began at Hubert Burda Media, one of Germany’s most renowned publishing houses. There, I completed my training as a graphic designer, gaining experience in layout design, image editing, and much more. Later, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and, more recently, successfully completed my Master of Science in Online Marketing and E-Commerce.
With nearly 25 years of experience as a graphic designer and marketing professional, I have built strong expertise in areas such as video production, social media marketing, SEO, and traditional advertising design. Web Design & SEO
Since 2015, I have run the website guitarvideochords.com. Over this period, I have developed deep expertise in SEO strategy and execution. Because Google’s algorithms evolve frequently, ranking volatility is inevitable. Following the most recent core update, my site experienced a significant loss of visibility in the search engine results pages (SERPs). I diagnosed the underlying issues and implemented targeted SEO measures, including technical optimization, content improvements, and stronger internal linking. The site has since recovered steadily, as shown in the graphs below.
I currently work at Philipp Kirsch, where I’m responsible for search engine optimization. Through targeted SEO initiatives, I help our content earn top rankings across major search engines. I track performance using a suite of SEO tools. With many years of SEO experience, I am prepared to deliver measurable value to my next employer by strengthening organic performance and building durable search visibility.
Social Media Marketing
I also bring hands-on social media marketing experience. At Philipp Kirsch, I plan and execute B2B LinkedIn campaigns—publishing weekly posts to showcase our products and running targeted LinkedIn Ads to reach decision-makers. I align copy and creatives with brand guidelines and track performance to refine audiences and messaging. Previously at Armbruster Bäckerei, I managed the Instagram channel end to end, promoting the product range while driving employer-branding and recruitment content. This mix of B2B and B2C work helps me turn business goals into clear content plans with measurable outcomes.
E-Mail Marketing
At my current job I plan, build, and analyse campaigns end to end—from audience segmentation and copywriting to automation and post-send reporting. I focus on clean data, clear value propositions, and deliverability best practices to drive steady gains in opens, clicks, and conversions. I’m comfortable with tools such as Brevo and Cleverreach and I use A/B testing and cohort analysis to refine subject lines, timing, and content. I work closely with sales and product teams to align messaging with business goals, and I ensure GDPR-compliant list growth and preference management.
